The K2 Orton started as an innovative idea, born from collaboration between our boot scientists and K2 Snowboarding Team Rider Sage Kotsenburg. Featuring a first-of-its-kind one-piece rubber lower with integrated mesh, the Orton keeps your feet waterproof, warm, and dry all day long.

This unique lower pairs with a dual-zone BOA® lacing system for a customizable fit that adapts to feet of all shapes and sizes. Sage put over 100 days into perfecting this boot, and it’s been rigorously tested by athletes, guides, and film crews alike—setting a new standard for performance.

For superior bootpacking grip, the Orton uses V5 Vibram® rubber outsole. Its Harshmellow™ injected midsole and Harshmellow™ Pro insole provide unmatched damping and vibration absorption. Inside, a heat-moldable tri-density Intuition® liner ensures a precise fit, backed by a durable performance liner-lasting.

To keep snow out, the Orton features a rip-stop asymmetric lace cover with a gaiter hook, sealing you in for all-day comfort in any conditions.
