K2 Albany Snowboard Bindings 2025
The K2 Albany is a women’s all-mountain snowboard binding designed to tackle anything in its path. Tailored specifically for female riders, the Albany boasts the most versatile components in our women’s lineup, catering to intermediate to expert snowboarders. With a slightly softer flex than its larger counterpart, the Path, the Albany combines lightweight construction with mid-flex capabilities, striking a perfect balance between flexibility and responsiveness.
Emphasizing sustainability, we’ve made significant strides by utilizing eco-conscious and recycled materials in place of traditional plastics and EVA. Over 40% of our energy for manufacturing is solar-powered, and our packaging is 95% FSC-certified recycled material, reducing our carbon footprint impressively.
Key sustainability features include:
- The Albany binding incorporates approximately 40% bio-based materials by volume and 25% by weight.
- SD1 Ankle Strap and BetterWrap Toe Straps have achieved a remarkable 70% reduction in CO2 emissions per kg compared to conventional TPU straps.
